Gianluca Ghersini specialises in M&A, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions, with a particular focus and expertise in private equity. He is also experienced in Joint Venture and international contracts.
In recent years Gianluca has been involved in several exciting and ground breaking cases/transactions.
Gianluca has been with the firm since 1992. Prior to that he worked as a visiting foreign lawyer in London and as a lecturer in a private masters programs on M&A and Corporate Law. Co-head of the Private Equity Sector of the firm, he is currently a member of its M&A Steering Committee. He has written several articles on M&A and corporate law issues.
He is a member of the Italian Bar, IBA, British-Italian Law Association and Anglo-Italian Business Association.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
