Marcello Migliaccio focuses on contentious practices, both in the fields of domestic and international judicial and arbitration proceedings. He is mainly entrusted with complex proceedings dealing with civil law issues, corporate and commercial matters, insurance and banking-financial services cases (with a specific focus on the misselling of derivative instruments). He also achieves a relevant experience in the field of the antitrust law.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni in 2013, he provides his professional activity in an major Italian law firm, specialized in civil and commercial disputes.
On December 2005 he graduated in Law "maxima cum laude" from the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, with a final dissertation in the field of civil law, on the topic special case of nullity (“nullità speciali”).
He has been admitted to practice law in Italy and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
