Maria Rosa specialises in financial markets and has experience in the provision of legal advice and assistance in favour of Italian and foreign companies and regulated entities, including banks, financial intermediaries, investment firms, asset management companies and other institutional investors, in relation to extraordinary corporate transactions as well as to regulatory matters and relationship with supervisory Authorities.
She also has gained considerable experience in public and private debt issuances, debt restructurings, takeover bids, marketing of investment funds and other extraordinary transactions involving listed and unlisted companies.
She graduated in Law maxima cum laude and she is a member of the Italian Bar as well as a Solicitor of England & Wales.
Maria Rosa has been working at the Financial Markets department of the London office since 2013.
She speaks Italian, English, Spanish and French.
