Gaetano Alfarano advised and represented leading national and international companies in legal proceedings before Administrative Courts, as well as public and private entities with a focus on the awarding of public contracts through public tender procedures. He also advises clients in all matters concerning public works, supply and services contracts, project financing proceedings, public services, zoning and building matters both in case of litigation and of consulting and expropriation procedures.
After graduating in Law from the University of Milan in 1991, he was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1994 and is entitled to represent clients before the High Court since 2007.
He speaks Italian and English.
