Aldo Turella focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, venture capital and private equity.
He advises private equity houses and industrial corporations (including listed) on extraordinary transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, minority and majority investments, buy-outs, turnarounds and restructurings. He assists national and overseas clients in structuring and negotiating corporate and commercial joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements.
Before joining the Firm, Aldo was a Trainee Lawyer at Avvocatura Generale dello Stato and he collaborated with the Central Bank of Italy.
He graduated in Law “maxima cum laude” at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 2010. During the academic year 2008/2009 he studied at Utrecht Universiteit (NL) as exchange student. He joined the firm in 2011.
He is member of the Italian Bar and of the International Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
