Francesca Fosson operates in the Intellectual Property, ITMT and Cybersecurity Department and, in particular, she focuses her practice on trademarks, copyright and patents, with specific expertise in Life Science. She has a substantial experience in national and international contracts, e-commerce and data protection. She also represents clients before Customs authorities regarding the seizure of counterfeit goods in Italy and the UE.
Previously she had been working at the Turin and Rome offices of a leading Italian law firm in the Intellectual Property field.
She graduated from the Turin University and she obtained a PhD at the University of Piemonte Orientale “Amedeo Avogadro”.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian, French and English.
