Martina is an associate of the project finance team. She focuses her practice on financial, banking and business contractual matters in the context of energy and infrastructure projects. She has assisted clients in financing and refinancing transactions, acquisitions and bond issuance also on a cross border level.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, Martina matured two different experiences in international law firms which enable her to gain a strong international profile.
In 2017 she graduated, maxima cum laude, from Università degli Studi di Milano where she also collaborated as teaching assistant of the civil law course, with specific interest in the contractual matters of the financial markets.
In 2009 she also graduated from Georgetown High School, Texas.
He has been admitted to practice law in Italy.
She speaks Italian, English, Spanish and German.
