Francesco Rutigliano focuses on restructuring, civil liability, litigation – credit recovery and Industrial Law.
Before joining the Firm in 2018, Francesco provided his activity in two important Turin’s law firms. He also worked in the legal department of an important Italian company in the food sector.
Francesco graduated in Law from the University of Turin in 2014 with a dissertation in bankruptcy and restructuring procedure.
He is a member of the Turin Bar since 2018.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
