Vittoria Sciarroni assists and advises listed companies on regulated markets also in relation to corporate governace matters and domestic and foreign companies in relation to M&A transactions as well as on corporate-related matters and commercial issues in day-by-day operations.
Before joining the firm, she had previous working experiences in two leading Italian law firms.
In 2013 she graduated in Law "maxima cum laude" from the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome and in 2015 she got a degree in “Scuola di Specializzazione per le professioni legali” of the University “La Sapienza” of Rome. She studied for a period of six months at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium under the Erasmus Program.
She is member of the Italian Bar since 2015.
She speaks Italian and English.
