Alberto Recchia is an expert in corporate and commercial law.
He assists private equity funds and companies, both listed and unlisted, in M&A and joint venture transactions in various industries. He has gained specific expertise in drafting acquisition agreements, shareholders' agreements and commercial contracts and conducting related negotiations.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he worked in primary Italian law firms and he served as visiting foreign lawyer at Zuber Lawler & Del Duca LLP in Los Angeles.
In 2006 he attended the Brooklyn Law School of New York as visiting scholar. In 2006 he graduated in Law cum laude from the LUISS Guido Carli University. In 2013 he obtained a LL.M. degree in commercial and corporate law at the UCLA Law School.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian and English.
