Silvia Bernardi specialises in M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. She has experience in commercial agreements, with particular reference to joint ventures, as well as in legal advice regarding commercial law and corporate governance. Silvia assists Italian and international companies, offering consultancy from structured groups to startups.
During university, she had internships in a Magic Circle law firm and in Italian law firms.
Silvia graduated in Law from the University of Padua in 2017 after a period of external thesis research at Columbia University.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
