Giacomo Dalla Valentina works in the Antitrust and Regulatory Department.
Before joining the Firm, Giacomo worked in international law firms based in Milan, assisting clients in antitrust proceedings opened by the Italian Competition Authority, in private actions for damages arising from the infringement of competition law, as well as in relation to antitrust compliance programs.
Giacomo carried out a research period at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg (2016) and graduated in Law magna cum laude from the University of Milan (2016) with a dissertation on EU Litigation. Since 2018 Giacomo is a PhD candidate in EU Competition Law at the University of Milan and, in 2018, he attended the Summer School in Advanced EU Competition Law & Economics organized by the University of Trento.
He speaks Italian and English.
