Bruno Edoardo Marseglia works in the Corporate/M&A department, advising Italian and foreign companies and private equity funds, in investment and divestment transactions, as well as in any extraordinary transactions and provides general assistance on corporate and commercial matters.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, he gained experience mainly working in the Corporate/M&A department of a primary Italian law firm with offices in Milan, Rome and London.
After graduating in Law maxima cum laude from the University of Milan in 2015, he obtained an LL.M from the University of London, UCL in 2017.
He is a member of the Milan Bar.
He speaks Italian, English and German.
