Chiara Lanfredini works in the Intellectual Property, TMT and Cybersecurity Department, dealing with issues related to Trademarks, Design and Copyright protection, as well as Art and Cultural Heritage Law.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she worked for an important Italian law firm based in Rome and in 2016 she participated in the visiting foreign attorney program in Silicon Valley, USA, at Carr & Ferrell LLP, a law firm specialized in Intellectual Property Law.
Chiara graduated in Law from the University “Roma Tre” of Rome, where she was part of the University team for the Jessup International Moot Court Competition, a prestigious International Law competition attended by students from all over the world. Subsequently, she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law at Queen Mary University of London, UK.
She is a member of the Italian Bar (Rome).
She speaks Italian and English.
