Graziano works with the Corporate/M&A department of the Firm, advising domestic and foreign companies and private equity funds in extraordinary transactions, as well as in general assistance on corporate and commercial matters.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, in September 2019, he worked in the Milan office of a primary international law firm.
He graduated from Università degli Studi di Bergamo, with a final dissertation in Corporate Law on shareholders’ agreements in joint-stock companies. He spent a semester as Visiting International Researcher at Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, NC, USA.
He is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
