Giacomo specialises in equity capital markets, M&A and financial regulatory. He advises Italian and international companies, investment banks and funds on several capital markets and M&A transactions, providing all relevant assistance both on corporate and regulatory matters. He provides also ongoing assistance to listed companies in relation to corporate governance and regulatory matters and he advises funds, banks and insurance companies, both Italian and international, with reference to regulatory issues.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni in 2019, Giacomo worked at a leading international law firm and during 2017 he joined the corporate department of Pirelli & C. S.p.A. as secondee.
He graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 2015.
He is a member of the Italian Bar since 2017.
Giacomo speaks Italian and English.
