Arianna Paone has gained experience in the area of M&A, corporate and commercial law, focusing, especially, in drafting commercial contracts, SPA and shareholders' agreements.
She also focuses on Venture Capital, advising industrial companies, entrepreneurs, funds and Venture Capital operators in acquisition transactions, investments, sale or purchase of majority or minority stakes. She also assists Start Ups or Scale Ups in growth investment transactions.
She graduated in Law from the University of Bologna in 2019, after specializing at The Hague Academy of International Law.
She is a member of the Bologna Bar.
She speaks both Italian and English.
