Federico Vasile focuses on corporate and commercial law and collaborates with the Corporate/M&A department providing assistance to Italian and foreign companies, private and listed, in the context of M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals of participations, mandatory and voluntary tender offers, capital transactions, as well as in relation to corporate disclosure required to listed companies and relationships with CONSOB.
Federico has also gained experience in the field of sports law, assisting operators in application and interpretation of sports legislation and federal regulations, in relationships and disputes with Sports Justice and in sport and commercial agreements of sports clubs.
In April 2018 he graduated in Law, with 110/110 cum laude, at the LUISS Guido Carli in Rome, with a thesis on the systemic impact of banking crises and the bail-in as a resolution tool.
He speaks Italian and English.
