Luca Valerio Silviani della Valle is specialised in Capital Markets (equity and debt) and M&A (private equity and public M&A) transactions. He regularly assists Italian and international companies, investment banks and funds in acquisitions, IPOs and bond issuances, as well as in capital markets transactions, providing support on commercial matters, with a particular specialisation on corporate governance aspects of listed companies.
Luca graduated in Law with honors from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 2015.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
