Olympia practices in the Corporate/M&A Department. She mainly focuses on national and international extraordinary transactions, assisting Italian and foreign customers in acquisition, merger and LBO transactions. She also assists on a continuative basis companies and corporate groups, both domestic and international, including with reference to the drafting of commercial contracts.
Olympia graduated in Law from Università degli Studi di Milano in 2013. In 2011 she attended the Erasmus Programme at Université Capitol I, Tolouse, in France
She is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
She speaks fluently Italian and English and has basic knowledge of Spanish and French.
