Giovanni is a member of the Corporate/M&A department. He assists Italian and foreign companies and private equity funds, in investment and divestment transactions, acquisitions and disposals of companies and shareholdings, joint-venture agreements as well as other extraordinary corporate matters, also in distressed situations, and provides general assistance on corporate and commercial matters.
Giovanni graduated in Law, with honours, from the University of Milan in 2016.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
