Aldo Martincich has experience in litigation on a national level (ordinary proceedings and arbitration), mainly concerning corporate, civil, commercial and bankruptcy law.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, Aldo worked with some leading law firms and a Notary’s Office.
He graduated in Law from the University of Turin.
Aldo is a member of the Italian Bar since 1999 and he is entitled to act before the Italian Supreme Court and other Higher Jurisdictions since 2015.
He speaks Italian and English.
