Giulia Melegari deals with insolvency proceedings and restructuring of companies in crisis, assisting Italian and foreign companies, financial institutions and other creditors, within the framework of the main corporate crisis resolution tools (turnaround plans, debt restructuring agreements and composition with creditors procedures) and in insolvency situations.
Giulia graduated in Law, with honours, from the University of "Roma Tre" with a thesis on commercial and bankruptcy law.
She is a member of the Italian Bar since 2018.
