Anna Maria collaborates with the Financial Markets Department. She has gained significant experience assisting investment firms, banks, asset management companies, payment and electronic money institutions, both domestic and European. She specialises in legal and regulatory advice regarding banking, financial markets and insurance law, with specific reference to the payment services sector, e-money and FinTech. She is also an expert in anti-money laundering and international terrorism financing and banking transparency regulation.
She graduated in Law from Università Bocconi in 2012.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
