After graduating in Law maxima cum laude from the University Luigi Bocconi of Milan in 2003, he obtained an LL.M in Corporate Governance & Practice from the Stanford Law School University in 2009.
He joined the firm in 2003 and gained an important work experience of one year (2007-2008) in the U.S. (Global Corporate Group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York).
He has been mostly advising M&A and restructuring transactions.
He has been admitted to practice law in Italy.
