Riccardo Vaccaro has an extensive experience in transfer pricing, international tax and corporate finance.
Further, he assists clients during audits, assessments, tax litigations and MAP/APA procedures. Riccardo is also involved in economic and financial analyses and in business/corporate valuations.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni in 2022, Riccardo has practiced tax law for 12 years in leading international law firms and has worked in M&A at the London and Milan offices of a leading global investment bank.
Riccardo graduated cum laude in Finance (Master of Science, 2007) and in International Economics & Management (Bachelor of Science, 2005) from Università Commerciale “Luigi Bocconi” in Milan, where he also completed a master in corporate tax law (2010).
Riccardo is a member of the Italian Chartered Accountant Association in Milan.
He speaks Italian and English and has a basic knowledge of French and German.
