Eleonora Laurito specializes in corporate M&A, advising leading Italian and foreign institutional investors, private equity funds, corporations, and entrepreneurs on structured corporate acquisitions, extraordinary transactions, and corporate governance, as well as on civil and commercial contracts.
She also has extensive experience in the real estate sector, advising on major investment transactions - primarily in the retail, office, logistics, and hospitality sectors - and on real estate asset management.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she worked in leading international law firms in Italy and New York.
She graduated in Law cum laude, from the Libera Università Maria SS. Assunta University of Rome in 2005.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
