Chiara Bressan collaborates with the Litigation and Arbitration Department, with a primary focus on civil, commercial, and corporate law.
In particular, she assists major Italian and foreign companies in judicial and extrajudicial matters, providing ongoing assistance with a particular focus on civil litigation, arbitration proceedings, and the drafting of commercial contracts, legal opinions, and settlement agreements.
She also collaborates with the Corporate/M&A Department, providing support especially in legal opinions and due diligence activities, with regard to her areas of expertise.
Chiara graduated with honors in Law in July 2022 from the University of Bologna, with a thesis in civil procedural law.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association since 2025.
She speaks Italian and English.
