Filippo Tirelli focuses on corporate and commercial law, assisting domestic and international companies, private and listed, in relation to Italian and cross-border M&A transactions, including transfers of stocks and businesses, mergers, demergers, takeover bids and capital increases. Filippo has experience in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, by-laws, joint venture agreements, shareholders’ agreements and commercial agreements. He has also gained an experience in the ordinary assistance and general advisory on corporate and commercial matters.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, Filippo worked in a leading boutique law firm based in Genoa specialized in corporate law.
Filippo graduated in Law from Cattolica del Sacro Cuore University of Milan. During his academic career, he attended King’s College London through which he was able to approach international commercial law.
He is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
