Claudia Stradiotti is specialised in Tax Law and provides assistance to large companies and multinational groups, investment funds, and other Italian and foreign institutional investors in mergers and acquisitions, project finance and structured finance operations, real estate M&A and securitisations. She also offers consulting and assistance in international taxation, as well as in managing tax audits and litigation.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, Claudia worked in the Tax Department of major international law firms.
In 2020, she graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Milano-Bicocca, and during the 2021/2022 academic year, she attended the Master’s Program in Corporate Tax Law at the University "Luigi Bocconi" of Milan.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
