Erika Andreani specialises in Tax Law.
She has acquired significant experience in the field of tax crisis management both in the development of proposals for the treatment of tax and social security debts (tax and social security transactions) submitted to tax authorities and social security and welfare institutions, and in the issuance of opinions on the tax treatment of income components of companies using crisis regulation tools. She also deals with the taxation of distressed M&A transactions.
Before joining our Firm, Erika worked for leading international law firms.
She graduated in Economics from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and obtained a Master's degree in Tax Law from the Ipsoa Business School, a Master's degree in "Diritto, Fiscalità nel Mercato dell'Arte" from the Business School of "Il Sole 24 Ore," and a second-level Master's degree in “Crisi Insolvenza e Sovraindebitamento" from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
She is a member of the Milan Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts.
She speaks Italian and English.
