Elena Dalla Pozza works with the Energy and Infrastructure Department, where she primarily focuses on extraordinary operations and project finance, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Elena has gained her experience in the energy sector, providing consultancy for numerous projects related to renewable energy, both in terms of authorization processes and in the negotiation of project contracts (EPC, O&M, PPA, etc.), as well as in due diligence activities.
Prior to joining Gianni & Origoni, she gained experience at both leading boutique law firms specializing in administrative law and leading international law firms. In 2018, she also completed an 18-month training internship at the Court of Appeal of Trento.
She graduated in Law from the University of Trento in 2017, with honours, and was awarded the "merit award" for the excellence of her academic career. In 2023, she completed a Master’s in “Energy Management, Environment, and Sustainability” at the 24ORE Business School, and in 2024, a Master’s in “Energy Law and Energy Transition” at the IPSOA Training School.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
