Martina Santoni carries out her professional activity in the Litigation and Arbitration department, assisting major Italian and foreign companies in the main areas of private law. In particular, she provides day-to-day assistance, focusing not only on civil litigation but also on extrajudicial matters. She is also active in the field of corporate and commercial law, collaborating with the M&A department.
She joined the Firm in February 2024, having completed a curricular internship during her academic studies, after which she continued her collaboration with the Firm.
During her academic career, she also spent a semester at the Nova School of Law in Lisbon.
In July 2024, she graduated in Law, with honors, from the University Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna, with a thesis in Civil Procedural Law, focusing on corporate arbitration.
She has been registered as a trainee lawyer with the Bologna Bar Association since July 2024.
She speaks Italian, English, French, and has a basic knowledge of German.
