Francesca Gelmini works in the Antitrust and Regulatory Department.
Before joining the Firm, Francesca worked with leading International law firms in Milan, assisting clients in merger control, cartel investigations, cooperation agreements, distribution agreements, abuse of dominant position and antitrust compliance matters.
Francesca graduated with honors in Law from the University of Milan (2016). In 2019, she obtained a Ph.D. in EU Competition Law from the University of Milan.
She is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
She speaks Italian, English and French.
