Alessandra Giannetta works with the Financial Markets Department and focuses on regulatory profiles in banking and financial services as well as listed companies’ transactions.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she worked as an intern in the Milan office of an international firm and, subsequently, collaborated with a boutique firm based in Milan, assisting Italian and foreign companies in relation to Commercial Law issues, even in the context of M&A transactions.
She graduated in 2022 from the University "Luigi Bocconi" in Milan discussing a dissertation in Business Criminal Law on the legislation on insider trading with regard to the technological evolution of the trading markets. During university, she has been selected and joined the Themis International and Business Law Program, attending one semester at the Freie Universität in Berlin.
She speaks Italian, English and French.
