Giorgia Spazzi collaborates whit the Litigation and Arbitration Department and advises Italian and multinational companies on compliance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 regarding the corporate criminal liability of entities.
During her academic career, she worked with a prestigious Milan-based boutique law firm of corporate criminal law.
She graduated cum laude from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 2024, with a thesis in corporate criminal law.
She is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Milan Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian, English and French.
