Teresa Soprano deals with M&A transactions and the financial and commercial aspects of Project Finance transactions in the renewable energy, gas, natural resources and infrastructure sectors, in the Energy and Infrastructure team.
Before joining our Firm, she worked for over a year at a leading Rome-based law firm specializing in the areas of Administrative Law, providing judicial and extrajudicial assistance to companies and Public Administrations.
Teresa earned a master’s degree in law from the Luiss Guido Carli University (grade of 110/110 cum laude), with a dissertation in Administrative Law on the relationship between public administrations and private companies (2024). She participated in a study program at Utrecht University, The Netherlands.
She is enrolled as a trainee lawyer with the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
