Sonja Barghini collaborates with the Energy and Infrastructure Department, specializing in contract law and financial transactions, with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.
In 2024, she graduated cum laude in Law from the University of Florence, discussing a thesis in private international law titled “Determination of the Applicable Law to the Merits of Arbitral Proceedings”. During her studies, she attended an advanced course on civil procedure law and two courses on arbitration at Leiden Law School and Università Roma Tre. Furthermore, she participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot as a member of the team representing the University of Florence, and later served as a coach.
She speaks Italian and English.
