Giulia Rossi carries out her professional activity in the Corporate/M&A Department of the firm, providing legal advice and assistance to Italian and foreign companies in the field of civil law and extraordinary corporate transactions.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she collaborated with a leading Italian law firm with offices in Turin, Milan, and Rome, focusing on corporate law.
In September 2022, she graduated cum laude with a Master’s Degree in law from the University of Turin. Between 2020 and 2022, she took part in international mobility programs at Paris-Saclay University in Paris and later at McGill University in Montreal.
She has been admitted to the Turin Bar since 2024.
She speaks Italian, English, and French.
