Allegra Batacchi Greco specializes in banking and finance law and deals with structured finance transactions, with particular reference to the securitization of impaired loans (NPLs and UTPs) and the negotiation of loan transfer agreements.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she worked with a boutique law firm specializing in structured finance and distressed assets.
She graduated in law from the University of Milan-Bicocca in 2023 with a thesis entitled “Institutions for the protection of minors in banking contracts”. During her university career, she studied for a period in Spain at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian, Spanish, and English.
