Arianna De Petris specializes in corporate law, M&A transactions, Venture Capital and Private Equity. She provides legal assistance to industrial companies and investment funds in extraordinary transactions such as mergers, demergers and acquisitions, as well as minority and majority investments (including follow-ons). Her work includes, among others, in the drafting and negotiation of SPAs, investment agreements, shareholders’ agreements, option agreements and commercial contracts.
Prior to joining the Firm, she gained professional experience at leading international law firms with offices in Rome and Milan.
She graduated cum laude with an LLB in Comparative European Law from Maastricht University in Maastricht and cum laude with a law degree from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian, English, French and Chinese.
