Michele Giorgino is a criminal lawyer specialising in white-collar crime, with a particular focus on corporate crimes, bankruptcy and insolvency crimes, financial and tax offences, as well as health and safety crimes, and offences against the Public Administration, property-related offences, defamation, environmental crimes and cybercrime.
He has also developed significant experience in corporate criminal liability under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, including the drafting and updating of Compliance Programs, as well as assisting the activities of Supervisory Bodies.
He offers legal assistance in criminal proceedings and advisory services in out-of-court matters to both Italian and international individuals and corporate clients.
He graduated summa cum laude with special academic distinction from LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome and completed a Master of Laws in Business Criminal Law at the same university, graduating with honors.
He is a PhD candidate and Teaching Assistant in Criminal Law at Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and a member of the Federico Stella High School of Criminal Justice.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
He speaks Italian, English and German.
