Maria Chiara Mastrantonio specialises in corporate criminal law, with a particular focus on corporate, insolvency, tax and financial offences, offences against the public administration, as well as criminal aspects relating to health and safety at work, environmental protection and the criminal liability of legal entities under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. She provides both in-court and out-of-court legal assistance, acting as defence counsel, providing legal opinions and advising both individuals and legal entities.
She graduated with honours in Law from Roma Tre University and obtained, also with honours, a Second level Master’s Degree in Corporate Criminal Law from Luiss Guido Carli University.
Maria Chiara is the author of numerous publications on criminal and economic criminal law and is involved in updating leading legal handbooks in the field of criminal law.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
