Camilla Testani specializes in white-collar crime, with a particular focus on offenses against public administration, crimes against property, as well as corporate, financial, bankruptcy, banking, and tax crimes.
She provides advisory and litigation support regarding the administrative liability of legal entities for crimes, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. She has also developed significant expertise in the areas of environmental criminal liability, health and safety regulations, data protection, and cybercrime.
Before joining the Firm, she completed her legal traineeship at the General Prosecutor’s Office at the Milan Court of Appeal.
She gratuated in law with honors from La Sapienza University of Rome.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian and English.
