Francesca Paladini collaborates with the Banking and Finance department, advising leading credit institutions and companies on acquisitions and leveraged finance, real estate finance, corporate finance (including corporate governance related to financing) and refinancing transactions.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she worked at leading Italian law firms in Genoa and Milan, specialising in banking and finance law and debt restructuring transactions.
After graduating in Law from the University of Milan, she obtained a Master’s degree in EU Banking Law – Law and Practice of the Banking Union from the University of Bologna Alma Mater Studiorum.
She is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian and English.
