Eugenia Di Nucci collaborates with the Financial Markets Law Department and provides legal advice on banking, financial, and insurance law. She advises banks, asset management companies, and investment firms, and also deals with regulations concerning anti-money laundering and the combating of international terrorist financing.
Before joining Gianni & Origoni, she completed an internship at the Bank of Italy, within the Technical Secretariat of the Milan Banking and Financial Ombudsman, where she worked on matters related to the out-of-court resolution of disputes between clients and financial intermediaries. She subsequently completed an internship at an international law firm and later worked with a leading law firm, where she advised Italian and foreign clients on banking, financial, and insurance law, with particular focus on regulatory matters and corporate transactions.
She graduated with honors from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 2022.
She is a member of the Italian Bar.
She speaks Italian and English.
