Flaminia Pallini works in the real estate sector, assisting Italian and international clients with the acquisition and divestiture of real estate portfolios—including the sale of equity interests, real estate sales, and the sale of business units—as well as with real estate contracts.
Before joining the firm, she gained experience in the areas of corporate administrative liability, civil and commercial contracts, and pre-litigation matters, working with renowned Italian and international law firms.
She graduated with honors with a degree in Law from Roma Tre University in 2022 and is a member of the Italian Bar Association.
She speaks Italian and English.
