Victoria is an Associate at Gianni & Origoni’s Hong Kong office and our associate Hong Kong law firm – Teresa Lee & Associates. She specializes in corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Gianni & Origoni, Victoria had worked in mid-sized Hong Kong law firms handling mergers and acquisitions, compliance and regulatory matters relating to the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Hong Kong Takeovers Code.
Victoria graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a degree in the Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL).
She was admitted as a solicitor in the High Court of Hong Kong in 2025.
She speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
