Mariamichela Salerno carries out his legal training in the Banking and Financial Law Department of the firm.
She undertook an internship at the Gianni & Origoni’s London office, dealing with Banking and Financial Law as well as M&A matters.
Prior to joining Gianni & Origoni, she collaborated with a leading Italian law firm based in Milan, mainly dealing with corporate and commercial law matters and M&A transactions.
She graduated in Law from the Catholic University of Milan in 2025, discussing a thesis entitled “Indexation between party autonomy and legislative intervention: issues and perspectives”.
She speaks Italian and English.
