Federico Galluccio focuses on Corporate Compliance, with particular expertise in Data Protection, Technology Law, and compliance matters under Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
He advises Italian and multinational companies, including in the context of extraordinary transactions, on regulatory compliance matters and the design and implementation of tailored compliance programmes.
In the area of compliance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, he regularly assists clients in drafting and updating Organisational, Management and Control Models and supports the activities of Supervisory Bodies. He also serves as a lecturer on corporate liability under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 at the Department of Management, University of Turin.
Prior to joining Gianni & Origoni, he worked with a leading law firm in Turin, where he gained significant experience in these areas.
He graduated in Law from the University of Turin in 2018 with top marks. He subsequently completed the Advanced Training Course for Data Protection Officers at Labor Project and the Specialised Master's Programme in Data Protection at 24ORE Business School.
He was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2020, achieving the highest mark in European Union Law.
He is a member of the Turin Bar Association.
He speaks Italian and English.
